For as long as people have been telling doctors that they were hearing buzzing or ringing in their ears they have been told by these same doctors that there was not a cure.  Now in a sense that is true.  People have lately been using homeopathic remedies to clear their tinnitus with different opinions on just how effective they are.

There are two kinds of tinnitus, objective and subjective.

Objective tinnitus for the most part is caused by a medical problem or medical condition and in these cases surgery is required.  In the majority of cases the problem results in blood vessels being pushed extremely close to the eardrum or ear cavity, which results in a very uncomfortable sound such as a crackling or clicking sounds.

If you use a stethoscope you can actually hear these sounds.  Once the problem is repaired the tinnitus will go away.

Subjective tinnitus is not the same as objective in the fact that subjective tinnitus is not caused by a physical problem.  The doctor will not be able to cure the tinnitus with surgery or prescribe medication.

Also in the case of subjective tinnitus the noise cannot be heard by anyone else, you are the only one that can hear the buzzing, ringing or whatever noise it is you hear.  The problem is that the structure of the ear is affected and the most likely cause is that you have been over exposed to loud noises.

Subjective tinnitus in almost all cases cannot be cured.   Now I am not saying that it cannot be treated in a way that will give you some kind of relief from the noises that you are hearing in your ears.

There are a number of different alternative treatments that can be used in order for you to get the relief that you need and this is where homeopathic remedies come into the picture.

Homeopathic remedies come in a variety of forms but mostly it comes in a liquid or tablet form, which you would take on a daily basis.  The results that you should expect would be that the noises you hear are either heard less often, or they are dulled down to a level that is easier for you to live with.

Again, if the damage is because of a physical condition, even homeopathic remedies may not guaranteed a cure. Before taking any homeopathic remedies it is important to get medical advice before trying any alternative methods, and homeopathic remedies are no exception.

Quite a few people I have been told use homeopathic remedies along with other methods using methods such as deep relaxation techniques or other alternative treatments.  The number of people who report that their tinnitus improves over time using this method is greater than people who experience only a slight improvement.  So my advice would be to give it a try because you have nothing to lose but the tinnitus.
